Must we shout it out? You are loved!!! We ask you to
sit in the silence so that you will know this through the experience of it, but
how many of you sit still long enough to still the mind? It is the mind that tells you many lies. It is also the mind that tells you many
truths. It is the heart that sorts out
the wheat from the chaff. Do not listen
to what others say until you learn how to discern Truth. The problem is that you have learned how to
think and act from others. This is the
human way. Now that you know that you
