Private Readings with Suzanne

Thank you for your interest in a private reading with Suzanne. She receives far more requests for readings than she can possibly handle, which is why she works diligently to train people to connect with their loved ones themselves or to become evidence-based mediums. (See Suzanne’s courses page for offerings).

Because Suzanne is first and foremost a spiritual teacher, author, presenter, and podcaster, her readings schedule is limited to only 3 to 4 readings per week. This honors her family life and ensures she has the focus and energy required for the sacred work of mediumship.

To keep the process objective and fair, readings are offered through periodic 24-hour application windows. This allows Suzanne to avoid a years-long waiting list as she has had in the past.

If you are not selected during one of the application windows, you are welcome to reapply at any time.

How it works:

Application Window: Announced on this page (Please look for it!). On the specified date, the form remains open for 24 hours.

Selection: We use an automated, random, lottery-style system to select names from the list of applicants, trusting Spirit that those who most need a reading will be selected.

No Waitlists: To avoid multi-year delays and protect your time and heart, we no longer keep a rolling waitlist.

If you are not selected this round: Please know that you are welcome to reapply during future windows.

What Suzanne’s readings are for:

• Healing and reassurance after loss
• Evidence of ongoing connection with loved ones in spirit
• Resolution of unfinished conversations and peace in the heart

Kindly note:

• Please do not suggest or apply for a reading for someone other than yourself. Suzanne has found that readings go best when the client understands mediumship, has an open mind, and has personally requested the session.
• If your loss is very recent, you’re welcome to apply, but we gently suggest supportive resources and a future window after at least a three month healing period when you feel steadier.
• Crisis support: If you are in immediate emotional crisis, please contact local support services or your country’s crisis hotline before seeking a reading.

Mediumship is sacred work. Done with integrity and clear attunement, it shows that Consciousness continues after death of the body. It shows that we are expressions of the one Light of Consciousness now and forevermore. It’s about giving you evidence that your loved ones who have passed to the other side still exist as sentient beings, and it’s about giving those loved ones a chance to share with you their messages, to say the things they didn’t get to say while alive.

I go into every reading with the highest of expectations for the best possible connection. Please understand that a reading involves the interplay of three distinct fields of consciousness: mine, that of the one(s) on the other side, and yours. Imagine three tuning forks vibrating at different frequencies. If any of these three is “out of tune” or alignment with the other, this can affect the level of attunement in the reading.

You may have had a reading with a medium in the past that was “amazing” while another may not have met your expectations. The outcome varies from reading to reading due to this dance of energy. I will always do my best to serve the spirit world and you, but I want you to understand this key point: The connection achieved in a reading is always dependent upon the energy and the rapport between the people who make up the three legs of this critical triangle.

Those in spirit know that I hope to capture their essence and receive from them evidence about their life that you wont find online. My goal is to make it very clear that they are still right here and very much a part of your life.

The connection is much better when the medium remains in a passive, receptive mode, passing along whatever information and messages those on the other side are able to get through. Every thought, every image, every feeling has a distinct frequency. Like a radio station, a medium is able to tune in to certain frequencies better than others. Those on the other side will get through everything they are able to. At times information is withheld if it serves a purpose not to share it or if they are not ready to share it.

Please do not let the outcome of the reading depend upon hearing “the one thing” that will convince you that your loved one is present. Trust me that they will do their best to let you know they are with you, but expectations about specific things they can get through may be unrealistic and leave you disappointed.

As far as who comes through in a reading, it could be just one person or several or it could be your guides and teachers. It’s important not to get locked into just one person as I give you the evidence. I could be tuning in to several people at once, and I may need your help to sort them out.

Along those same lines, I cannot promise who will come through in a reading. Happily, we usually do hear from exactly who the sitter hoped to hear from, but if we near the end of the reading and that person has not come through, I will ask if you have heard from everyone you wanted to. If not, then I will try to attune to them. The reasons you may not hear from a particular spirit vary. It does not mean that they don’t want to talk to you.

To summarize, I am going to do my best for you and your loved ones on the other side during your reading, but I need your help to do that. Please come with an open mind and an open heart. The higher (more open and loving) your energy, the easier it is for me to establish and hold the link with the other side. Please be open to hearing whatever comes through. Those on the other side know exactly what is best for the greatest possible good, so each reading is different.
