The nature of
the adult human is to doubt.  Very few
are those who trust implicitly.  Those
are called “naïve” by those who doubt.
And so, you have your doubters and your trusters – yet another
demonstration of the duality of the human experience.  Fear and love, doubt and trust.  Doubt arises after the experience of trusting
and finding something is not as you believed.
Doubt appears after being told what to believe and having the opposite
experience.  And so, you learn it is
easier to doubt first than to trust and be disappointed.

What if you
were to trust first?  Of course, there
may be opportunities to be disappointed when you approach life from the more
trusting perspective, but it is trust and belief that opens the door to
ever-greater experiences.  Open the door,
if only a crack.  Once opened, the light
can stream in.  If your world is ruled by
doubt, then the light remains ever hidden and all the more difficult to access.
