Note from Suzanne:  I sat and asked for Sunday’s message early (it’s still Saturday) because tomorrow will be a very early start to get into downtown Toronto for the SOAR workshop.  Check out Ty’s blog  on Sunday to understand why the early reveille.  Blessings to you all …

Swim across an ocean
and you will see what you are made of.
Flap your arms and try to fly and you will see that you have limits.  The human body is a temporary hindrance, as
is the mind when it takes on a personality.
Give the mind a name and it becomes quite fixed.  Separate the mind from all things human and
it becomes again pure consciousness, not an instrument of the body, but of the
spirit.  That is what you who has taken
on a name are:  an instrument of
spirit.  Be not quite so fixed, quite so
limited in your thinking.

Now spread your wings
and fly!
