When a friend points out that you do something a certain way, do not
take that as criticism. Understand that
it may or may not be their way, but you can choose to see their remark merely
as an observation. Your way is your
way. All are here to express the Life
Force, and there are infinite modes of expression. One may be formal, the other relaxed. One may be inhibited, the other playful. There is nothing right or wrong with modes of
expression. C’est la Vie, et la Vie et
belle! You are loved no matter
what. Be as you are. Yesterday we spoke of change. Whether or not you choose to change is up to
you. To find peace, love yourself as we
do: just the way you are.
