Suzanne Giesemann on wholenessIdeas about yourself are just thoughts, and yet you give them such weight, such density, such importance.  “I am a(n) _______.”  Fill in the blank if you will, and in so doing, you have set yourself apart.  Thoughts so strongly believed become thought-forms, as if they are entities of their own that must be acted upon.  They shape your behavior, and most importantly, they cause you to form new and ever-more divisive thought-forms about others.  What to do about these beings running around in the mind, which is the only place they exist?  Realize they are creations of the mind, and that at another level you are simply Being.  Remove the word “a(n)” and whatever follows that which follows “I am”, and come to know that which unites all beings is Awareness, Consciousness.  Awareness of what?  I AM.  Be divided no more.  Simple BE, Love.
