You speak of feeling overwhelmed.  This is because you have allowed your thoughts and your to-do list to overtake your true nature.  Go back to when you were a baby.  You had no thoughts.  You merely observed without giving meaning and therefore importance to all things.  What if you were to take away the self-imposed meaning and importance you have given to everything on your to-do list?  What if you were to simply observe?  In those moments of no thought, you have created space.  Now set the intention that Peace guide your next step, and the next one, and the next one.  You will find that things fall quite nicely into place as, in fact, many things that you felt were all-important fall away.  Be guided.  You always are, but unless you pause and breathe you may not notice.  You are so very loved.
