There is never any pressure, except that which is
self-imposed.  Why do you feel the stress
and angst?  Did someone tell you that it
is necessary?  You are perfect the way
you are.  The outcome of your efforts does
not change this.  You are loved no matter
what happens in this life you are experiencing. 
At some point it will come to an end, and in a flash of light will you
realize that you still exist and you are still loved. 

You cannot die, and you are loved.  Are these not the two fears which lead one to
feel pressured?  If you can come to a
place where you know these truths—that you cannot die and that you are
loved–then you will be pressure-free. 
Remove the “pressure” from this last phrase and from your life, and what
are you?  You are free.
