You call it venting … letting off steam when you share your frustrations with another.  This is a good thing … within the story.  Without venting a thing under pressure, it might eventually explode.  But what if there is another way?  In a world in which you are limitless, there is always another way.  First it will help to realize there is a limited version of you (which rebels when you hear you are limitless and you feel you are not), and a limitless aspect of You, which exists beyond the story.  Shift your focus to the part of you that is peace, that is joy, that never dies.  This part is so close, so obvious, you can miss it.  Go there when you feel the need to vent and observe the frustrations from the higher, neutral position.  “Isn’t that interesting,” you might say.  “For a while I got caught up in the drama, but this too shall pass.” You are always in choice, and you are so very loved.
