By grace, effort, or whatever means you are healed of a past disturbance in your energetic field. A blockage was removed, a lack was filled with what was missing in awareness. Now what do you do? You keep your focus on the present. You live in this new way of being. You catch yourself if your thoughts drift to the past, and then you shift to the present once again. “That was then, this is now.” Healing is healing. Remain present and come into alignment with the “new you” who has always been there in your wholeness, but who has now integrated with greater aspects of who you truly are.
