When you are harried or rushed, life can easily pass you
by.  What does this mean?  Life is ongoing all around you in this now-moment.  Imagine yourself in a car.  The illusion is that you are moving past the
scenery—going, going, going here and there, when in fact, in every moment you
are simply here, now.  Just as your
movies are simply one frame after another after another, the movement is an
illusion.  Stop and notice each frame of
your life.  Do not become so caught up in
the rush of “getting somewhere” that you miss the beautiful scenery and events
around you in this very now-moment.
