Is your meditation a means to an end or do you simply enjoy the peace?  So many wish for bells and whistles, lights and messages.  Why do you sit each day?  Is it a time of communion?  With whom or what?  What is your intention?  Hear us well:  there is no right or wrong, yet it is helpful to have an intention.  Notice we did not say “an expectation.”  In the case of the latter, you are working for a goal.  With an intention, you have a reason for sitting in meditation.  If your intention is to find the place within you that never changes, then you may well find it.  And if in that so-called search, you happen to have an experience of your limitlessness, then that is a benefit, but may it not turn into an endless search for wows.  Getting to know your true nature is wow enough, Beloved.
