You are all wounded beings. There
is not a one of you who has not suffered some perceived hurt as a result of
your group illusion. You say harmful
things to one another and do harmful things, and all out of ignorance. You do these things at the human level, when
in ignorance or denial of your true nature.
That nature is love, and that love is the only salve that will heal your
wounds. The wounds began long before you
were aware of much. Little babies incur
harm from those not yet awakened. Go
back in time to when the child in you was wounded and send that child love. Let it know that it has always been safe and
loved as spirit. This is how wounds are
healed. Continue the healing process now
by loving yourself, and then pass it along to others, for you are all
wounded. It is the nature of being
human, but now you know the nature of compassion.
