Disdain.  You know what it feels like, for you are human.  The blended being of soul and human body walks a balance beam of giving in to the human nature and allowing the soul nature to shine.  To disdain another is to judge them, and judgment comes with being human.  If you do not judge yourself in relation to others in the herd, as a human animal you feel you may perish.  This is ancestral behavior, partly innate and partly learned.  But there’s is a part of you that knows no judgment, makes no comparisons.  The soul in you sees only light shining.  As you notice your human nature dragging down your true nature, simply claim your birthright.  See through the disguise, the human costume you wear, and see the light within others, no matter how disguised.  There, instead of disdain, you will find compassion for others acting out their human nature.  You are so very loved.
