Grief comes in waves, and often when you least expect it.  Allow it to wash over you.  Perhaps it will even knock you off your feet.  And after it passes, you will pick yourself up and brush off the sand, soothing those spots where you may have been rubbed a bit raw.  You are not alone in your sorrow.  All suffer when a loved one passes.  Find another who knows how you feel.  “But no one can know!” You cry, and yes, it may be a bit different for each.  If you feel that no one has ever loved another as much as you loved the one you mourn, you are correct.  All love in their unique ways, and that is why you, the beautiful lights, came into bodies:  to experience the fullness of relationship.  To know love in its many facets.  So, yes, others may not understand exactly what you shared, but all know grief.  Reach out.  Vent for a while, if only on paper or a screen.  If the latter, may your words be heard by your angels.  In all cases, know that you are not alone.  Calm waters follow the choppy waves, and there in the calm you will make your connection with those who have passed when the time is just right.

You are so very loved.
