“That is a death sentence!” you think upon hearing of one’s illness, as
if this is the worst thing in the world.
First of all, you cannot know whether healing will take place or
not.  Mostly, we wish you to examine your
belief system.  Yes, those who may be
left behind will need to adjust, but death is a welcome transition to some, and
a joyous occasion for the soul—a new chapter in the ongoing book of life.  It is not to be feared.  In fearing death, so many make the last pages
of the current chapter frightening and full of low vibrations, instead of a
celebration.  What a radical thought
change.  Grief is very real.  We understand this.  But perhaps you might view the inescapable
transition in a more positive light and help all those around you.
