“Oh, but I can’t do that!” you say when someone asks you to do something you have never before tried.  Ah, assumptions.  They are based upon beliefs based upon past experience or what others have told you or what you have told yourself about your abilities.  Do you not yet realize that each moment is a fresh canvas upon which to paint?  If you continue to listen to ego’s robotic “I can’t do that” response, then the canvas will never change, and where’s the fun in that?  Yes, fun.  With a childlike sense of wonder, you dip your fingers in the paints and slather it across the canvas, creating joyful streaks of color and what others might call a holy mess.  But you know better.  Holy, indeed.  You jumped in and did it, didn’t you?

You are so very loved.
