Irritants.  They are
self-defined.  What to you is an
irritant, to another goes unnoticed.  And
therein lays the key to peace:  “unnoticed.”
Where you place your focus … what you notice
becomes all-important to you.  Once you
notice and focus upon a thing, you give it thoughts, and these, in turn,  produce emotions, good or bad.  If you consider something a nuisance or an
irritant, go back down the chain of events from the negative emotion to the
thoughts, to the moment you placed your focus there.  Now replay the event and change either the
focus or the thoughts and you no longer have an irritation.  Do you see how much more control you have
than you may have previously thought?
Peace, my friend.  Place your focus
there.
