You give power to your stories by telling them over and over.  Yes, the amusing ones are entertaining when at a party or with new friends.  Laughter is good, but once again we return to your victimhood.  When you feel you have been harmed or wronged and you tell this story over and over in a righteous or indignant way, you are feeding the energy of the victim.  Why do you want to play this role?   How does this story serve you?  Can you let it go?  It may surprise you how difficult it is to do so.  Be with that difficulty for a while.  Look at the belief that accompanies it.  Is it true about the Real You?  Who are you, really?  We will repeat this message until it sinks in, if you don’t mind.
