Upset may be present in your human experience at a certain moment in time, which is also human (time), but upset is not a quality of your soul nature. Does it help to get upset? Not if your goal is peace. The more helpful question might be, “Does it help to feel upset?” To this the answer is yes. It helps you to grow when you allow yourself to feel all emotions and sensations. By BECOMING upset, you have stepped fully into the role of a human at the mercy of emotions. By FEELING emotions from the higher awareness of the soul, you can now decide upon the most beneficial response for all concerned. What a difference a few words make. “Become” vs. “feel” in this case. You become the presence of peace when you feel your emotions instead of becoming them.
