Do not rush through a thing simply to get it over with.  Savor every moment, even of the most mundane tasks.  What are you rushing to get to?  Before you know it, this too shall pass and you will have missed this moment here and now.  “But some tasks are boring,” you say, “and some are distasteful.”  Are they, then?  Not to one with no hands.  Not to one with no eyes.  There is so much to savor in all that you do.  See the minute details and appreciate life in all its glory.  Nothing is distasteful, for all is there for the tasting.
