Endings and beginnings … it is all really cycles upon cycles. One year ends and another begins, but time is
an artifice of the human who needs to regulate his actions in relation to all
others. If your calendar began on August
1st and another’s on July 1st there might be
confusion. And so, you all came to an
agreement and start anew on January 1st. Do you see how silly it is to wait to start
raising your vibrations by eating better, exercising more, and being more kind
to yourself and others on a certain date?
Life is cycle after cycle. Pick
this point and each point on the cycle to raise the vibration of the whole
through love—not because it is the end of a year, but because it and you are
here now.
