How often do you catastrophize?  Where are your thoughts when you are worried or anxious?  Are they in the present moment or are they running wild in some future that has not yet and may not happen?  And if some of the thoughts you are visualizing do happen, will you be present then, or will you continue to create yet more havoc with your thoughts?  Be here now.  Enjoy this moment now, and if you cannot enjoy it, then at least be at peace with what is happening.  This moment is here.  What will you make of it with your thoughts?  Perception and meaning create your reality and you control the perception and meaning.  Choose peace, choose joy, choose love and remain present, allowing what is and changing that which you can change if your heart tells you to do so.  A recipe for life.
