Beware of moments when anger or frustration flares.  Yes, they may be fleeting, but the energy of
that experience is now registered within your field.  Will you allow it to remain there and build
up when added to by other similar moments? 
Small disturbances become large blockages.  To overcome this, at the moment you
experience a flare-up, acknowledge it with detachment.  Take a deep breath then, and exhale
slowly.  As you do so, see the carrier
wave of that lower-vibration-experience flowing out of you through the soles of
your feet and through your fingertips. 
This is release.  You have just
discharged the static so that you will not be nearly as likely to spark again.  This is transcendence—rising above your human
nature and taking action from the place in you that is spirit.
