You bristle when others do not follow the rules.  Whose rules are they?  Are they laws that must be obeyed or agreed-upon concepts?  Does everyone follow the rules all the time?  Do you?  If you are honest with yourself, you do not, and yet, when others do not, you become judgmental and respond in very human ways.

Rules exist to ensure order.  Ask yourself why you so strongly desire and require order.  It gives you a sense of safety, of control.  Ego likes control, most especially of you.  It keeps you from flowing.  Can you see the inherent “shoulds” in your rules?  Yes, without rules in a world given free will, in some circumstances chaos would ensue, but if you can see your insistence on following rules for what it is and relax this, you will enjoy far greater peace and flow.
