You see a bee flying nearby, and you tense.  Yes, you have been taught to fear such creatures because they could potentially bring you harm, but they are simply doing what they do.  They are “doing their thing” in their own environment.  Programming.  Once burned, twice shy.  Be aware of habitual reactions to your fellow humans as well.  You may not be able to overcome the body’s natural responses to a potential threat, but examine the thoughts that preceded words and actions from something that poses no immediate threat to you.  Could you be reacting vs. being?  We wish only for all of you to find peace.
