Do not take yourself so seriously.  This is the opposite of joy.  Joy is ever-present in the soul, which is aligned with the highest vibrations, but such seriousness as the human so often exhibits comes as you leave childhood behind and no longer read stories but become immersed in them, instead.  You ultimately believe you are the story of your life, with all its inherent oh-so-serious responsibilities, and you identify with the role instead of the soul.  Oh, how such actions can drag you down.  What if you were watching a movie?  You could press “pause” and take a break, could you not?  You could walk outside and get some fresh air when things get a bit too serious.  And so can you now.  Take frequent breaks to go within and find the joy that lies resident in the soul.  Seriousness plus joy are what make you whole.
