Note from Suzanne: I sat to meditate this morning and could not connect with Sanaya. In fact, I couldn’t relax, either. After a moment of confusion, I had an intuitive feeling of what was going on (so I guess I was mildly connected!) I turned on the altimeter app on my iPhone, and sure enough, our travels yesterday had taken us even higher than we had been for the past week. We are camped just outside Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park, Colorado, and the photo here shows you our current elevation. If you watched “Good Vibe Video #19,” you will understand why there will be no message from Sanaya today. The 1 minute video contains a good lesson for all of us (See below).
