Habits die hard, especially old ones.  How old are you?  Then that is likely how old is the habit of thinking you are the body and the mind and that is all you are.  Nothing could be farther from the truth of your being.  Shift from thinking to being and you will have begun the new habit of allowing thinking to die hard. But it need not be hard.  It can be quite easy when the desire to shift comes from having tasted the peace and the joy that accompany being.  Set the intention of remaining present as often as possible.  Do not pay so much attention to the thoughts and they will dissolve into the sheer enjoyment of being here … now … always and already.
