Try something new today. Whatever it is:  a food, an exercise, an act … you could do this on your own or ask for higher guidance:  “What would be helpful and interesting to try today?” Make a game of it, but do take it seriously. When you break out of old patterns, change occurs. Are you not ready for a shift, most especially an internal one?  Dive into this new experience. How did it feel? What does this mean for you? What do you do with the insights that arise? It does not take a monumental action to make a monumental change.
