Harmony is the natural state of being.  If you are out of balance, pause and sense.  When one rides a bicycle, there must be balance, yet even whilst in the seat, if one acknowledges that an even greater sense of harmony is available, the body will release even more and come into harmony with the bicycle.  Muscles will relax.  The bicycle will flow with greater ease.  It was the human need to control that kept things tight.  How might this awareness be applied to life as a whole? Do not think about this so much as set the intention to relax into harmony and balance and observe how life flows over the bumps.
