spirit closetWhy can you not move past your grief?  Some of you have suffered a loss which is in your time years ago, and yet you still mourn as deeply as the day your loved one crossed the veil.  Know that there is no timeline for recovering from a loss, but if you knew that your loved one is fine, then you would understand that you grieve for yourself and not for them.

We wish you to know that your beloved is fine and well looked after.  It is in the physical realm that you suffer, and quite often by choice.  Please imagine your beloved as they are:  looking at you as if through a window, as present as ever, and what do they see in you?  What do they feel from you?  Your pain.  “I’m here,” they say, and because you cannot hear or see them, you continue to mourn.  This is understandable if you focus only on your own loss and not on the continued existence of your beloved, albeit in a different state.

You can move on, if you so choose, and you can do so with peace when you ask to know in your mind what you heart already knows.  Love never dies.  You do not move on without them, for your beloved is right there beside you whenever you call upon them.
