Higher

As you sit in meditation, preparing to connect with Higher Consciousness, remember who you are:  you are a light—a projection of Consciousness which arises from pure Being—the Light.  As you use devices of the mind to remember and connect with who you are—words, images, feelings—perhaps you use the verbal cue, “Higher, higher, higher.”  We suggest to you today that instead of visualizing your body—etheric or otherwise—floating higher and higher as if you are going or moving to some other physical place, think in terms of vibration.  Think in terms of light.  Think in terms of intensity.  Focus on yourself as the Light, with the flame that never goes out at the very center of you, where mind, body, and spirit coalesce in perfect balance, with total coherence.  Now, as you say “Higher, higher, higher,” imagine you, the light, turning up the light higher, higher, higher, brighter, brighter, brighter.  Imagine your frequency vibrating higher, higher, higher.  You cannot help but connect with all that is and all aspects of the Light the brighter you shine, the higher you radiate your vibration of the Light, of Love.
