img_30201When one “fails,” this creates a blockage.  It creates a series of thoughts that include such words as “What if that happens again?” and “I cannot do this,” and “I don’t want to fail.”  And then you get stuck.  And then you begin spinning your wheels as these lower vibrating, heavier thoughts keep you firmly rooted in place.

How do you get unstuck?  Not by continuing to spin.  Not by pushing and not by pulling.  You put a jack under the vehicle and raise it up.  Then you put a few boards under your tires and off you go, firmly supported.  The jacking-up represents shifting higher into soul awareness.  The boards represent new words you use to counteract those that got you stuck in the first place, and the driving off is, well, you “just doing” it … just stepping out and doing that in which you may have not succeeded in the last “doing,” but this time you will go at it from a different angle.

Note from Suzanne:  As I was typing this message just now that I received from Sanaya earlier in meditation, the lyrics from a Julie Roberts song on the radio are playing:  “I’m in trouble if these wheels stop rolling.”  You gotta love it!  And yes, that’s our bus in the photo, firmly stuck last week, but freed by the method shared here.  The whole incident brought to light in a magical way how I was stuck in another way in my thoughts.  Hope these words serve to point out where you might be stuck and how to come at your situation from a different angle.  Many blessings.
