You have time on your hands? Do you rush to fill it? Do you know what it feels like to sit quietly and do nothing? You may cast blame for your busyness on your situation or others, but could this be a way of trying to fill the emptiness? We dare say that if you were to take a few minutes now and then and simply “be” whilst breathing slowly and with purpose, you would find that emptiness is simply the other end of the wholeness of being. What appears empty is actually quite full. Wholeness is your very nature. What you are seeking is not out there. It is here, there, and everywhere. As you discover this for yourself, you will no longer have to breathe with purpose; you will discover you are being breathed.

You are so very loved.
