Fixated.  Do you see the word within it?  You become so fixed in your patterns of thought, that you fail to see you are viewing things and people with tunnel vision.  With such fixed thoughts and vision, you fail to see the wholeness.  Would you like people to only view one side of you?  Are you the same in all situations?  What if people only saw certain attributes of you?  They would not have the whole picture, would they, and that would be missing out on many attributes which you would like them to know about.  Now, turn that around and look at those you scorn.  Could they possibly have positive attributes?  Of course they could, for all of you arise from Wholeness, itself.  You will find far more peace and gain many more insights if, when you catch yourself judging or criticizing those with whom you have gotten in the habit of only seeing the downside, you will deliberately seek out positive attributes.  Instead of bemoaning the current situation, be the change.  Change the way you view and speak of the world and those in it, and the world will change in your eyes.  You are so very loved.
