When the body gives you signs and symptoms of dis-ease, what do you do?  Panic?  Do you allow these signs of imbalance to throw you even farther out of balance, or do you simply allow the wisdom of the body to heal itself?  Of course you will seek assistance as needed and provided.  We are speaking today of the power of your thoughts.

If you self-identify with the signs and give them ownership, using words such as “my” this or that illness or “I have” this or that ailment, then you are giving power to a passing visitor.  Signs are signs.  If you must label them then label them simply as signs that point you back to balance.  Ask of Higher Consciousness, “What does this vessel need in this moment to find that sweet balance?  I fear no-thing, for I am peace.”
