Note from Suzanne:  Yesterday I gave a reading in which nothing
came through accurately.  I finally had
to call it off, at which point my client said, “Well, I didn’t expect to hear
anything anyway,” and then went on to explain the reasons why (with which they had walked in the door).  I awoke this morning with Sanaya saying a
phrase we have all heard before:  “You
create your own reality.”  I sat in
meditation and asked how a client’s thoughts could override my own efforts …

Skeptics as a whole are
a bit of a negative bunch, are they not?
Mind you, it is good to be wary at times when dealing with those who are
more human-oriented than spirit-oriented, but there is a difference between
being wary and being close-minded.  When
you say to yourself, “This is probably not going to happen,” you set up a
frequency in your field that virtually guarantees you will achieve the result
you expect.
Think of those you know
who always see the glass as half empty.
And so it is.  Consciousness
creates reality.  It can be no other way.  Have you achieved the goals, the life, the
reality you desire?  How do you see the
glass?  Do not take this expression for
granted.  Examine it.  You have a glass with liquid to the half-way
mark.  Do you say, “Oh, woe is me!  It is already half gone!” or do you say, “Oh,
look at that!  There is still half
left!”?  Each carries quite a different
vibration.  What created that vibration that
was felt in you as an emotion?
Consciousness, plain and simple.
You create your emotions with your consciousness.  You also create your external reality.
The glass with the
liquid at the halfway point is completely neutral.  How do you wish to feel today:  empty or full-filled?  Even if your cup has love at the halfway
point, recognize it as such and it will fill the rest of the way by way of your
choosing.
Yes, you do indeed
create your own reality, to the point of cancelling out others’ efforts in the
physical world, even when they might serve your own interests.  Do you see how very powerful and how very
important are your thoughts?
