You do not always know why something goes “wrong.”  The word is in quotation marks because it is an interpretation.  Who’s to say that from another perspective what you consider something going wrong was right?  It’s all a matter of perspective, and while you play your roles, there will be a limited point of view.  Can you be satisfied with not knowing?  Can you be accepting when things don’t go as planned?  If you cannot, then you will suffer.  As you learn to trust that there is quite often a reason of which you are not aware when things don’t go as planned, then you will maintain an even keel, and is that not far better than sinking?  Do your best, always, and flow.
