Know this: There is a part of you that does not need to cogitate. With this knowing, you may just ruminate, but in the end you illuminate what has always been present: Awareness. Awareness. Awareness of what is known and what can clearly be shown when you balance the brain with the heart — a very good place to start to find elusive peace.
