Minor annoyances.  They occur throughout your day and your life.  They arise primarily from your demands that life go a certain way, that things flow the way you desire, but of course you are interacting with your fellow lights in human bodies, and so, there are bumps and direction changes at every turn.  We liken these disturbances to getting dust on the lens of your viewfinder.  Dust will gather.  Regularly.  Be aware of how even minor disturbances can add up to major clouding of your lens if not cleaned.  Do so regularly.  Sit in awareness that dust gathers and clear it with a simple intention and attention exercise practiced with great focus.  There.  Does it not feel good to do a little cleansing on a regular basis?
