Your body energetic systems are far more important to your emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being than you may realize.  When you suffer a trauma, no matter how slight, whether physical or otherwise, certain circuits go on alert and thus begin a cascade effect.  Unless and until you bring things back into balance, you will feel quite unbalanced.  Even days after the initiating event you will be “off” and may not relate it back to the root cause.

Do a daily routine of caring for your circuitry and have a few special moves for those times when things “get out of whack.”  As you practice energetic self-care, you will notice quite a difference in how life flows, for all is energy.
