The infinity symbol a line looping back on itself, never ending.  It is the perfect symbol for flow, for unity, for eternity.  It is the perfect representation of the breath, which is your life force spirit.  Breathe in and out, in and out, and try to stop.  You can hold the breath for only so long, and then what happens?  You are breathed, for the life force not only flows through you but through all that is IS all that is.  Your breath connects you with all others through the One Breath.  Infinity breathing breathing in awareness of your true nature.  Try it and see how this changes things for you.  Peace and blessings be upon you.  You are so very loved.
