You do not realize the stress you are carrying until you stop a moment and remember to breathe.  Exhale deeply and visualize the tension flowing out of the body.  What a difference!  This is what you carry around with you, and it becomes so natural to you, this state of tension, that you do not realize you are tense.  Institute a deep breathing practice.  Insert periods of deep breathing throughout your day.  You may call this a spiritual practice.  We call it a “best practice” if you wish to reinstate balance in your life and find the underlying peace that is your birthright.  Trust us:  you are so very loved, yet you cannot feel this until and unless you take care of the self.
