Harboring fears and doubts … why do you use such a word as “harbor” in this case? A harbor is a place where vessels dock or anchor, where they seek shelter from storms, where they stay temporarily before venturing out to sea again. Vessels are meant to venture out, not stay forever in the harbor. And so are you. You can seek a safe harbor when feeling unsure. That safety you will always find in the stillness within.
The advice we give you is to not harbor any doubts. Do not harbor any fears, but get underway from the harbor. Experience life fully, and as fears and doubts arise, instead of allowing them to alter your course, recognize them for what they are: waves. That is all, just waves. They may toss you about a bit, but once you recognize them as nothing more than waves and watch them flow past you, then you continue merrily upon your voyage.
Note from Suzanne: Many thanks to Bev for posting Sanaya favorites over the past week while I was in England. I’m back today, so happy to be with my pack again, as we continue onward with gratitude for the journey and fresh new words from Sanaya.
