Staples … what are they?  Nothing but straight pieces of metal bent into a specific shape.  With the help of a thing you call a stapler, they get bent into yet another shape that holds together pieces of paper.  Do you at times not get bent out of shape when a person, thing, or force seemingly outside of your control tries to move you into a position that is new to you?  Yet when you bend a little beyond your comfort zone, you discover that in a new way you are helping others … you are helping to hold things together in a new way.  By not being so rigid, you went from straight, to bending, to serving a greater purpose, and all through allowing.

There is much to be learned by writing and reading about such a seemingly simple thing as a staple.  Trust the process.  Be flexible and discover how you might serve.  Trust that you are always being guided.
