Do not assume that all others interpret situations the way you do. Each of you sees the world through your unique lens. Like wearing a pair of sunglasses, the particular shade of yours is tinted by every experience you have had, most especially during your formative years. If you were bitten by a dog, you may fear dogs throughout your life. If you had a good experience with dogs, you may not understand why a person could fear dogs. This is but one simple example. There are limitless more subtle examples that cause you to give meaning in your unique way to each event. Perhaps this will give you greater understanding as you all dance about the floor with your shades on.
You are so very loved.
Today is my son Adam’s 35th birthday. He physically crossed over in 2005, 9 weeks after my last chemo treatment. today I see things in a way that I don’t think I could have ever seen in 2005.My Dad crossed over in 04, just weeks after him and I both got cancer diagnosis. Dad crossing hurt, but Adam has taught me a side of spirit and myself that amazes and still confounds me at times. I thought then that I could see him as spirit at certain times but I convinced myself then that was just my imagination and wishful thinking. I wish I would have had your words then Susan. Thank you, thank you.
I keep coming back to this one. The pic is perfect by the way… sending love.
