How do you find peace
in the midst of a storm?  You go to the
eye—the center—which is always there. 
When caught in the worst of the winds it may be a struggle to find your
way to the center, but trust that it is there. 
Relax the body.  Take the mind off
the thoughts.  Breathe deeply and set
your intention on reaching that place of calmness.  When you reach it, relax even more, then
pray.  It is here, in the silence, that
you will hear guidance—the lifesavers sent out to you.

You can call out at any
time, but in the calm eye you connect clearly with the greater “I” of the Self
and remember that the storm is always temporary.  This too shall pass, but the peace that
passes all understanding is always there.
