Connection. It is all
important. The healing touch of a hand
on a shoulder does wonders. A soft
caress for no apparent reason speaks volumes.
Do not send love merely with the eyes or a kind word. These are healing in themselves, but in a
human world where most fail to feel the interconnectedness of all that is,
touch is a gift of utmost importance.
Touch often and freely and open hearts as you do so, least of all your
own.
