Empathy.  Have you walked in another’s shoes?  Do you truly understand where they are coming from?  Their hopes and fears?  Their wounds and cracks?  You may not have experienced exactly what that other has, but you have grieved, you have hurt, you have feared, you have become frustrated, angry, and the whole gamut of human experiences.  Attune to these frequencies as you disdain or criticize another and you may find you are not so far apart after all.  You are all just trying to survive.  Walk in another’s shoes for awhile and you will rise far above surviving to thriving.  You are here to grow.  It is the opposites that serve this goal far better than the similarities.  Trust us:  You are so very loved.
